What is the venue's policy on photography and recording devices? Are cameras allowed, and if so, are there any restrictions?
Only cellphone cameras are allowed into the venue for the safety of all.
Can I bring my own food and drinks into the venue, or are there concessionstands available?
No you cannot bring food or drinks into the venue, concession stands will be open for food and drinks.
What is the dress code for the event, and are there any specific rules about clothing or accessories?
Due to safety concerns, we regret to inform you that sandals are not permitted inside the venue. We want to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and open-toed footwear can pose a risk of injury.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible, and are there accommodations available forpeople with disabilities?
Yes the venue is wheelchair accessible, let a staff member know at the entrance and we are more than happy to accommodate you.
Can I purchase tickets at the door on the day of the show, or do I need to buythem in advance?
Tickets are always available online, or at The Rainbow Ballroom box office prior to the event and during the event unless stated otherwise or sold out.
Are there any specific items that are prohibited from being brought into thevenue, such as outside food, weapons, or certain types of bags?
Yes, for the safety and security of our guests, we have a few specific items that areprohibited from being brought into the venue.
Please note that:
* Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue, with the exception of factory-sealed water bottles.
* Any type of weapon, including but not limited to knives, firearms, and pepper spray, is strictly prohibited.
* Large bags, backpacks, and luggage are not allowed; only small purses and clutches are permitted.
* Professional camera equipment, including tripods and lenses, is only allowed with prior permission from our event management team.
* Any other items deemed to be hazardous or potentially disruptive to the event will also be prohibited.Please leave any prohibited items at home or in your vehicle and arrive prepared to pass through security checks before entering the venue.
